Article 1: Contract and Order
1.1 Your purchase request, sent via email, instant messaging software (such as WhatsApp, WeChat), or other means on this website, will constitute a legally binding sales contract between the parties upon our written confirmation.
1.2 The terms of the contract are subject to our final order confirmation, including but not limited to product name, specifications, quantity, unit price, and total amount.
Article 2: Pricing and Payment
2.1 All prices are subject to the time of order confirmation [which will be clearly indicated on the order, such as EXW Wuhan, FOB Shanghai, etc.].
2.2 All orders require a 30% deposit. We will begin production arrangements upon receipt of the deposit.
2.3 The remaining 70% must be paid upon completion of production and receipt of a copy of the international bill of lading. We will release the goods upon receipt of the full balance.
Article 3: Delivery and Transportation
3.1 The delivery period is calculated from the date we confirm receipt of the deposit. Specific production and delivery times will be notified upon order confirmation. 3.2 We will be responsible for delivering the goods to the agreed port of departure or designated location. Subsequent international transportation, insurance, customs clearance, and other related expenses will be borne by you.
3.3 The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 cubic meter (CBM).
Article 4: Goods Acceptance
4.1 You must promptly inspect the goods upon receipt. If the quantity or model of the goods differs from the contract, you must notify us in writing within 7 business days of receipt and provide relevant evidence. We will conduct an investigation.
4.2 If the above deadline has expired or the goods have been put into use, we will deem the goods as having passed acceptance and, in principle, will not entertain any objections regarding quantity or model.
Article 5: Product Quality
5.1 We guarantee that our products meet the specifications and requirements agreed upon by both parties upon shipment.
5.2 If you discover any suspected quality issues during the production or receipt process, please immediately suspend use and notify us immediately. We will jointly investigate the cause and seek a solution.
